One of Chicago's biggest music weekends returns to Douglass Park with more than 90 artists across multiple stages, along with carnival rides, food, drinks, vendors and the festival's signature mix of punk, rock and alternative music.

Saturday’s lineup includes Dwayne Dopsie & The Zydeco Hellraisers, Keeshea Pratt Band and Stephen Hull Experience, while Sunday features Mud Morganfield, Demetria Taylor and Bob Corritore’s Chicago Blues Review. 9. Wuthering Heights Walking Play at The Morton Arboretum Official Walking Plays information

For something much different from a street festival, The Morton Arboretum begins its fall Walking Plays season this weekend with Emily Brontë's Wuthering Heights.

Rather than watching from a traditional theater seat, audiences walk through the Arboretum while professional actors perform scenes against natural backdrops. The production lasts about 90 minutes and covers a 1.5-mile walking route, making it part live theater and part late-summer nature walk. It is recommended for ages 12 and older.

Tickets need to be purchased in advance, and guests are encouraged to bring water and a portable chair or blanket.
