Cory Tanzer Group Earns Top Honor at Chicago Association of REALTORS® Awards
A major milestone was reached this week for one of Chicago’s top real estate teams. The Cory Tanzer Group was recognized at the Chicago Association of REALTORS® (CAR) awards, taking home The CARLY, the highest honor for Platinum Sales Dollars and Platinum Units Sold.
The award reflects a standout year in Chicago’s competitive housing market, recognizing both transaction volume and overall sales performance. For Cory Tanzer, the moment marked not just an achievement but a continuation of a goal he set from the very beginning.

Cory emphasized that the recognition goes far beyond individual success, pointing instead to the clients and team behind it.
“I am so incredibly thankful to every client who has trusted the Cory Tanzer Group to help them find the place they call home, or to help them close one chapter and begin another, whether that's here in Chicagoland or somewhere else across the country. This award may have my name attached to it, but it is truly a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and heart of my entire team.”
The win also builds on momentum from recent years, as the team continues to grow and climb the rankings after first reaching this milestone in 2024.
“I dreamed of winning this award from the moment I got started, and after reaching this milestone for the first time in 2024, it's been amazing to continue growing and climbing the rankings each year. While one day sitting in the #1 spot in Chicago would be incredible, the real goal has always stayed the same: to make the home buying and selling process as painless and stress-free as possible.”
He also acknowledged the reality behind every transaction and the role his team plays in making the process easier for clients.
“We all know this process isn't easy. More than half of buyers and sellers cry at some point during it, yet my team somehow makes it feel seamless.”
Cory highlighted the people behind the scenes who help make that experience possible, from agents to support staff and leadership.

He also shared a personal note, recognizing the support of his family and how much it contributes to the team’s success.
