WILMETTE - Condo sales have officially begun for Optima Lumina, a planned luxury condominium development in downtown Wilmette on Chicago’s North Shore.
The six-story, 133-residence community is planned by Optima, Inc. at Green Bay Road and Washington Avenue, directly across from the Wilmette Metra commuter rail station. The project will replace the former Imperial Motors car dealership site and sit immediately north of Optima Verdana, the 100-unit rental community Optima opened in 2023.
