The second quarter of 2026 marked another important milestone for Option Premier and the Cory Tanzer Group.
After a strong first quarter, our teams continued to build momentum across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, helping buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, and investors move forward with confidence. The first half of the year reflects the hard work of our agents, the strength of our client relationships, and our continued commitment to delivering exceptional service in every transaction.
Through the first six months of 2026, Option Premier has closed 134 units and more than $55 million in sales volume, while the Cory Tanzer Group has closed 126 units and more than $51 million in sales volume.
Looking Back at Our Strong First Quarter
Our Q2 performance builds on the foundation established during the first quarter of the year.
In Q1 2026, Option Premier closed 51 units and approximately $19 million in sales volume, with an additional $12.5 million pending at the end of the quarter. The brokerage earned a Company/Office Rank of #132, setting a strong pace heading into the spring market.
During the same period, the Cory Tanzer Group closed 46 units and approximately $16 million in sales volume, with $11 million pending. The team earned an Individual Agent/Team Rank of #28, reinforcing the momentum that carried into the second quarter.
